The Spartans are delighted to confirm the arrival of Aaron Taylor-Sinclair who joins the club as First Team Coach.
The UEFA A Licence holder completes our excellent coaching line up with James also supported by Paul Thomson, Chris Anderson and Goalkeeping Coach Steve Ellison.
Aaron’s playing career saw him make 300 senior career appearances with the likes of Montrose, Partick Thistle, Doncaster, Plymouth and Falkirk, as well as picking up 13 International caps for the Benna Boys of Antigua and Barbuda, making his senior international debut in June 2021 during a 1–0 World Cup / CONCACAF qualifying win over Grenada.
Head Coach James Craigen spoke of the announcement, “Aaron will bring a wealth of experience to the role, with responsibilities including opposition analysis and set pieces, while also utilising his knowledge and experience as a coach to support the wider team.
“I have known Aaron since our time together at Partick Thistle, and he enjoyed an excellent career as a player before making a successful transition into coaching, most recently at Airdrie. His experience, knowledge of the game and understanding of what it takes to succeed will be a valuable addition to our coaching staff.
“We are delighted to have Aaron on board and look forward to working together.”
