The Spartans head for the Marbill Coaches Stadium this afternoon looking to build on a four-match unbeaten run in the SPFL 2 as a busy spell of fixtures arrive on the North Edinburgh side’s horizon.
In what is the twelfth competitive fixture between the clubs, Spartans travel west looking to maintain the momentum that hit Forfar for five last weekend.
Whilst Dumbarton may find themselves currently occupying ninth spot in the table, they come into the game with a decent home record, having only lost twice in their last ten league matches.
It’s been a tricky venue on previous visits on league duty however skipper James Craigen will lead the side out looking to ensure there’s no opportunity to become stuck between a Rock and a hard place come 3pm.
Last season saw a pair of victories each, with Bradley Whyte and Marc McNulty responsible for securing the wins on both occasions. Bradley is our top scorer against the Sons, with four.
Tickets
Home and away tickets are available in advance from Fanbase. The ticketing window to the left of the turnstiles will be open pre-match from 1:30pm to sell tickets, both cash and card payments accepted. Both home and away fans should use turnstiles 1 and 2 at the home end of the stand. Away supporters will be directed by stewards to the away seating.

Parking
There is space for up to 500 cars, with disability spaces near each entrance, and coach parking. On matchdays there is a £1 charge to park which also includes a 50/50 halftime draw ticket. Users of the car park do so at their own risk. Dumbarton FC will not accept responsibility for any damage, accident or loss.
Our hosts also ask supporters to be mindful of our neighbours and not park on Castle Road.
Pre-match
The Community Suite will open again for home and away supporters at 1:30 entering via the turnstiles and then the door on the left. The bar will also be open after the game. The club shop selling club merchandise is at the back of the Community Suite.
The Community Suite, club shop and food kiosk all accept cash, card and contactless payment.
Match Programme and 50/50 tickets are available for cash in the concourse.
