To keep our Spartan Army faithful updated, we are keen to let you know the progress being made by our long term injured players.
Paul Watson: You will remember Paul unfortunately suffered a broken leg last December at home to Clyde. His initial op in the days after the injury went well although given the severity of the injury it took a second op last month in Poland to give him the best chance of a full recovery. We’re pleased to say that Paul will be back training very soon and is targeting early in the New Year for a return to action.
Harvey Chisholm: Our Academy Graduate Harvey broke his 5th metatarsal back in March. Due to the nature of the injury, it’s proving to be a very difficult fracture to repair. However, a scan a couple of weeks ago showed good healing and hopefully he will be able to start gentle training in a couple of weeks.
Brogan Walls: After a great start to the season, Brogan picked up a knee injury which a scan showed to be ligament damage. Unfortunately, this diagnosis means that he will potentially be out for a few months. It will be a couple of weeks rest for Brogan before he can start his rehab programme as he begins a fully supported road to recovery.
