Paul Moore is The Spartans FC’s new Supporters Liaison Officer (SLO), taking over from John Evans who held the role on an interim basis last season.
However, Paul needs no introduction to Spartans supporters, players and staff but we’ll give him one anyway!
Paul has been a Spartans supporter for a number of years now and has attended over 225 consecutive games, home and away.
He is a well-respected figure amongst the Spartans community and is known for his generosity of time and help as well as his detailed knowledge of The Spartans FC players and games past and present.
Speaking of his appointment, Paul says:
‘I’m delighted to take on the role and have already been made welcome by other SLOs across the SPFL community. It’s an honour to step into this role and I’m looking forward to working with Spartans supporters, players, staff and board to make sure that we offer the best possible fan experience both at the Vanloq Community Stadium and at away games.
“Spartans fans have a great reputation for being friendly and welcoming. I look forward to building on this and continuing where John left off.”
The Spartans FC Chairman Craig Graham added; “Paul has been a great Spartans supporter for many years now and I am delighted he has picked up our critical SLO role. I am sure he will be delighted to help both our supporters and those from our opponents as we look forward to the new season.
