The Spartans FC has two exciting and important new roles to announce. Both will play an important part in how we work together with our current and potential supporter base.
The Supporters Liaison Officer (SLO) is a voluntary role providing the crucial link between the Club and our supporters, facilitating communication and understanding. It will also involve being part of the SPFL SLO group. We expect this role to require 2-3 hours a week of time commitment.
The Head of Supporter Growth and Supporter Engagement is a paid role (salary will depend on relevant experience ) and will initially require input of c 8-10 hours per week. It will focus on developing and implementing our strategy to grow our supporter base across our Women’s and Men’s teams. This is a critical role as we continue to build the club. The role holder will work closely with the Chairman and across the Spartans family/our local community to ensure we achieve our growth ambitions.
The roles will naturally work closely together.
