It’s some 41 years since The Spartans and the then Inverness Thistle locked horns in the Scottish Cup.
A reunion of that very Spartans team is taking place at our forthcoming Scottish Cup tie against Inverness Caledonian Thistle on the 17th January.
We have 10 out of the 13 players on the Spartans teamlist from the replay, finally played across at City Park at the tenth attempt due to the winter weather, attending and we need your help to reach out to find the other 3!
We’d love to have Keith Fleming, Alan Kirkwood (goalscorer in the first tie) and Steve Reid at the game so if you are reading this, chaps – or if anyone can put them in touch with us, we’d love to have you there.
