The Spartans will kick off their 2025–26 William Hill SPFL 2 campaign on the road with a mouth-watering clash against East Kilbride, as the two former Lowland League champions go head-to-head on opening day.
Following the season opener, Douglas Samuel’s side return to the familiar surroundings of the Vanloq Community Stadium to host Dumbarton – a highly anticipated rematch of the Play-Off Final from two years ago.
The month of August wraps up with Annan Athletic visiting the Capital, before we hit the road again for our first long-haul trip of the season – a journey south to face Stranraer on September 13th.
Spartans fans can look forward to four Capital clashes this season, with two of the Edinburgh Derbies scheduled for the Christmas period and Valentine’s Day – perfect timing for headline writers and romantics alike!
The 36-game campaign concludes in dramatic fashion with a final day trip to Forthbank Stadium at the start of May.
